votre peau et votre santé ! OEKO-TEX teste chaque composant des produits
textiles pour détecter la présence de substances nocives. Cela concerne toute
une série de paramètres de test qui peuvent être nocifs pour l'homme comme pour
l'environnement. Sont inclus les substances nocives interdites ou réglementées
par la loi, les produits chimiques nocifs pour la santé mais non interdits par
la loi et d'autres paramètres inclus dans la norme OEKO-TEX 100 par mesure de
précaution.
OEKO-TEX Standard 100 certificats
OEKO-TEX
utilise quatre classes de produits différentes. Une classe de produits est un
groupe d'articles différents classés en fonction de leur utilisation prévue.
Les différentes classes de produits diffèrent par les exigences que les
produits doivent remplir et par les valeurs limites appliquées.
Product class 1: This product class includes products for babies and has the strictest requirements and limit values
Product class 2: This product class includes products with skin contact. This comprises articles that come into direct contact with the skin to a large extent (blouses, shirts, underwear, mattresses, etc.)
Product class 3: This product class includes products without skin contact. This covers articles that have no or minimal contact with the skin (jackets and vests, belts, etc.)
Product class 4: This product class includes decoration materials. It covers all articles including initial products and accessories used for furnishing purposes (table cloths, curtains, upholstery fabrics, etc.)
Textile Center meets the human-ecological requirements of the Standard 100 by OEKO-TEX, guaranteeing maximum consumer safety with the following certificates:

Ecological and sustainable textiles
The OEKO-TEX Standard 100 certified fabrics do not contain heavy metals, are not treated with harmful dyes and no pesticides have been used. This means that the working conditions are less harmful to health. OEKO-TEX Standard 100 is not an environmental label, but it does have a beneficial effect on the environment by limiting harmful substances that normally end up in the soil or waste water. This is also reflected in our OEKO-TEX Standard 100 fabrics: by omitting these chemical and harmful substances during the production process, the textile is soft for the skin. This makes the fabric hypoallergenic and suitable for people with sensitive skin, children and babies.
