Portal Downloads Documentation
Portal downloads is a service for selected customers of Textile Center. If you are interested in granting access to our data, you can send an email to [email protected].
After logging in, via "My Account" you can click on "Downloads". This will take you to the Portal Downloads Page. Please allow some loading time as much data is generated. You can download the datatable in Excel, CSV or copy it to your clipboard. When a filter is used, only the shown data will be exported. The shown data is live data but doesn't take into account the current orders. The actual stock can be lower or higher than shown. Data of the newest products are likely to change before publishing.
To filter on fabrics only, you can search on "[S". To only see the Regular Packages on "R]", to only see the Large Packages on "L]".
Textile Center tries to keep all data as current and correct as possible. However, it is possible that data is incomplete or incorrect. In that case, Textile Center reserves the right to adjust, correct or delete this data without notice. Damage as a result of (incorrectly) displayed data can never be claimed. By using the portal downloads, you agree to this disclaimer. This is a new service, feedback can be send to [email protected].

Internal Reference | The unique, internal SKU of a product. |
| Name |
Name | The name of the product with article indicator. Starts with [000R] to indicate the "page number". |
| Attributes |
Attribute values | Information of the product like colour, design, width, design type, separated by comma. More information can be found here. |
| Size |
Size | The standard size of the product. In case of Haberdashery what the exact size of one unit. In case of Fabrics more or less the size of one unit but not exact. |

Commodity Code |
The Intrastat code is an 8-digit code that is used to divide goods into categories. Intrastat codes are used within the Intrastat system. This system is used within the European Union for the exchange of information about the import and export of goods. |

Price per Unit of Measure | The standard price for a product, per Unit of Measure in Euro's. |
| Set price/uom |
SET Price per Unit of Measure | The standard SET price for a product, per Unit of Measure in Euro's. |
| Your price/uom |
Customer Pricelist Price per Unit of Measure | The customer specific price for a product, per Unit of Measure in Euro's. This will be the same as the standard SET price if you bought the SET before. |

Customer SET Pricelist Price per Unit of Measure | The customer specific SET price for a product, per Unit of Measure in Euro's. |
| UOM |
Unit of Measure | A unit of measurement is a definite magnitude of a quantity that is used as a standard for measurement of the same kind of quantity. Any other quantity of that kind can be expressed as a multiple of the unit of measurement. "m" is sold per meter and Units per Unit. |
| Categories |
eCommerce Category | A category that a product is in. BUG: products appear multiple times when they are in multiple categories. |
| Qty |
Quantity | The total amount in stock, expressed in the UoM. When for example is 120 and the "size" for example is 12, there are 10 units in stock. |
